Sobre todo se disfruta el d\u00eda del Viernes Santo.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><span style=\"color: #c43d41;\">Ingredientes para elaborar el POTAJE DE CUARESMA o de Pap\u00f3n<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em> 1 Kg. de garbanzos con denominaci\u00f3n <strong>I.G.P. Garbanzo de Fuentesauco<\/strong><br \/>250 gr. de espinacas<br \/>300 gr. de bacalao<br \/>3 huevos cocidos<br \/>4 Ajos picados y un poco de guindilla<br \/>1 Cucharada de piment\u00f3n dulce<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/koinecommerce.com\/blog-cerespain\/aceite-de-oliva-virgen-extra-con-dop\/\"><strong>Aceite de oliva virgen extra con Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Sal<\/em><\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"center\"} \/-->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"center\",\"textColor\":\"vivid-red\",\"fontSize\":\"medium\"} -->\r\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #c43d41;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n de est\u00e9 plato t\u00edpico leon\u00e9s <\/span><br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Antes de nada ponemos a desalar en agua el bacalao, durante 48 horas antes de cocinar el Potaje de Cuaresma, cambiando el agua tres veces durante este tiempo. Y los garbanzos los ponemos en agua durante 12 horas.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mientras cocemos los huevos -10 min.- y reservamos, cocemos las espinacas y el bacalao -15 min-, escurrimos bien el agua y reservamos. Tambi\u00e9n cocemos los garbanzos durante 2 horas y media -hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos-.<\/p>\r\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n en una sart\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos un buen chorro de aceite de oliva virgen extra y rehogamos los ajos machacados con un poco de guindilla. Cuando est\u00e9n dorados -ojo, no quemarlos- se le a\u00f1ade la cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce y retiramos del fuego.<\/p>\r\n<p>En la cazuela donde tenemos los garbanzos cocidos a\u00f1adimos el sofrito de la sart\u00e9n, las espinacas y el bacalao desmenuzado y sin espinas. Dejamos cocer durante 10 min. En el \u00faltimo momento a\u00f1adimos la sal -si hace falta- y los huevos cocidos, pelados y troceados.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/koinecommerce.com\/es\/46-dop-leon\">Recomiendo acompa\u00f1ar este plato t\u00edpico de la Semana Santa de Le\u00f3n con vino tinto o rosado &#8211;<em>Prieto Picudo<\/em>&#8211; o vino blanco &#8211;<em>Albar\u00edn<\/em>&#8211; de la DOP Le\u00f3n.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Potaje de Cuaresma o de Pap\u00f3n es plato t\u00edpica de la Semana Santa de Le\u00f3n.
